Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

Door of Hope specializes in the accurate diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide range of severe mental health conditions and addiction. Door of Hope prioritizes a thorough systematic assessment which helps the team create an individualized treatment plan that works best for the client. Door of Hope offers a variety of care levels including inpatient, outpatient and day treatment. “From the time of admission until the time of cessation, each patient is assigned a psychologist who caters to the individual needs of each patient. Everyday, the psychologist-in- charge, is entrusted with the responsibility of monitoring behavior, physical ailments, medicinal reactions, withdrawal symptoms and daily behavior. The Psychologist then corroborates with the Psychiatrists on board to make a complete assessment and diagnosis, according to which medication, diet and treatment plans are made. Moreover, each patient is given the opportunity to attend activities such as yoga, sports and art and crafts based on their condition. Activities- both individual and group based are designed to meet the current needs of all patients- psychiatry as well as those in the de-addiction program. Addicts and Alcoholics are given the opportunity to experience AA meetings, sharing sessions and understand the 12-Step program in depth through our counselors who have been a part of the fellowship for over 20+ years.” Door of Hope consists of 2 centers nestled in the lush heartland of Chattarpur farms in New Delhi. The first center is for involuntary and unstable patients, comprising 2 separate wings for male and female patients. Both centers offer dormitory style rooms as well as single occupancy rooms equipped with TV’s. The second center is designed for voluntary and stable patients and offers a large farm-house style home with an expansive front lawn. Each center has a variety of amenities such as table tennis, pool and snooker, football and a gym. Outside the facility, clients can lounge on plush furniture, play sports, or engage in outdoor yoga. Door of Hope’s desire is to guide clients on a path to recovery while helping them discover their best self.
