Zinnia Health Denver Recovery Center offers dual diagnosis addiction treatment and a full continuum of services including medical detox, residential care, intensive outpatient services (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), outpatient care, and sober living. Before beginning treatment, clients go through an extensive evaluation that helps determine the best possible individualized care plan tailored to meet the client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Clients will have the opportunity to engage in individual and gender-specific group therapy sessions rooted in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and 12-Step facilitation. Holistic options include yoga, meditation, hiking, creative expression, exercise, life skills training, and nutritional education. Zinnia Health Denver Recovery Center is in the perfect location for their extensive outdoor therapy program. Just outside of Denver, Colorado, The Recovery Center has numerous opportunities for adventure to aid in recovery. Clients can participate in camping therapy, challenge courses, mountain climbing, water sports, hiking expeditions, and more.
