Cyrenian House is a non-profit organization that has provided treatment for drugs and alcohol since 1981. The Munda Mia program provides domestic violence education, housing services, parenting skills support groups, and support for co-occurring mental health concerns. The holistic treatment methods employed at Cyrenian House include therapeutic and educational groups, counseling, case management, life skills, and medical services. Discharge planning and aftercare support are provided to help clients transition smoothly as they continue their recovery journey. The facility is located in Kalamunda, a suburb in western Perth. Its private setting offers a calming environment for recovery, free from external distractions and stressors. The property features a fully-equipped kitchen, an exercise area, multiple recreation and lounging spaces, a dining room, and an outdoor basketball court.
