Focus

This center treats mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use. You receive collaborative, individualized treatment that addresses both issues for whole-person healing.

The County of Santa Clara Las Plumas Behavioral Health Clinic provides outpatient services for children, teens, and young adults. KidConnections supports children under 6 with early developmental and emotional help. Youth ages 6–20 receive support for behavioral and emotional needs. Young Adult in Transition Team (YATT) serves young adults ages 16–25 during life transitions. Services are short-term, strength-based, and culturally responsive, with bilingual staff and coaching in coping, mood, and anger management. The clinic offers individual, family, and group therapy, along with evaluations, medication management, and case coordination. Some services require referrals from schools, healthcare providers, or social services. Additional supports include peer mentoring, intensive case management, and psychosocial rehabilitation. A 24/7 Behavioral Health Services Call Center helps clients and families access care and stay connected to needed services.
