McLean Cambridge Outpatient

Nestled in Cambridge, Massachusetts, McLean's Cambridge outpatient clinic serves children and teens ages 6 to 19 with mental health concerns like anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, and executive dysfunction. This center is on the first floor of the Sancta Maria Nursing Facility, it offers onsite parking and is accessible via bus, making it convenient for families across the area. McLean’s Cambridge Outpatient Clinic uses a collaborative, evidence-based approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure therapy. Patients receive individual and group therapy, medication management when needed, and personalized treatment plans developed with input from families and community providers. The clinic features the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP), an intensive outpatient track that delivers accelerated CBT and exposure therapy for youth with anxiety and OCD.
