Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

Change Lanes Youth Support Services helps youth ages 8–17 who are at risk or involved with probation. The center supports children who have experienced trauma like domestic violence, loss, or community conflict. By offering a safe place and caring support, Change Lanes works to reduce academic failure, substance use, teen violence, and other harmful behaviors. The center uses group-based life skills lessons, social-emotional learning, and mentoring to build confidence and a sense of purpose. These therapies help youth identify their strengths, connect with positive role models, and develop better decision-making skills. By focusing on early support, youth are given the tools to build healthier lives and brighter futures. Change Lanes also offers unique, 100% free programs like Alternative Activities for Youth, which includes field trips, mentoring, and community service. For adults, they provide court-approved classes in parenting, addiction education, and domestic violence. The center also assists eligible individuals in applying for CalFresh food benefits.
