CAST Centers is a dual-diagnosis treatment center with programs that include day treatment, PHP, IOP, custom outpatient, and “best self coaching”. IOP and PHP treatment can involve medical-assisted detox and a variety of unique therapies such as somatic experiencing, 12-Step, neurofeedback, motivational interviewing (MI), experiential therapy, CBT, DBT, and expressive arts. The custom outpatient level of care can be for clients that have work obligations and cannot attend a scheduled PHP or IOP program. The program is available on-site at CAST Centers or remotely, and it is based on the Best Self model which was developed by CAST Centers CEO and founder, Mike Bayer. The program is a 6 week curriculum that consists of 24 touch points, 1 weekly coaching session, and 3 weekly accountability check-ins.
