Boulware Mission is a nonprofit recovery center located in the green hills of Owensboro, Kentucky. It helps men recover from drug and alcohol addiction while building a stable and independent life. This faith-based program offers residential care and treatment in a supportive setting. What makes Boulware stand out is its focus on the whole person—helping with recovery, job skills, housing, and personal growth all in one place. The program uses a mix of proven therapies and supportive services. Clients take part in group and individual counseling, faith-based support, and life skills education. Therapy focuses on relapse prevention, building healthy routines, and setting goals. Clients also receive help with job readiness, financial literacy, and other key skills for long-term success. Men live in a structured, community-based setting with shared rooms and access to common living areas. Healthy meals are provided daily. On-site amenities include indoor spaces for meetings and outdoor areas for fresh air and reflection. Staff help with basic needs and transportation when needed, making sure clients feel safe and supported.
