They offer flexible outpatient services, including individual therapy, psychiatry, and a robust intensive outpatient program (IOP). BOLD Health takes a whole-person approach that treats both mind and body. Their programs integrate evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy with psychiatric support and medication management.
