They offer multiple levels of care to support clients in various stages including medical detox, residential care, intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient services. The extended care goal is to begin employment by day while continuing therapy sessions in the evenings. A typical day at Avenues Recovery includes 3 group sessions and a variety of recreational activities. Group therapy may also include discussions on a wide range of topics including art therapy, role playing, music therapy, educational seminars, fitness activities, and 12-Step discussions. In addition, all residential and PHP clients take part in yoga and meditation sessions, and spiritual sessions are available. Avenues Recovery has inpatient and outpatient rehab centers across the country. Their Indiana location is conveniently located in Fort Wayne. The cozy, hotel-like facility provides the comfortable environment needed for long-term recovery. Clients can also enjoy local transportation, nightly 12-Step meetings, gourmet catered meals, and fun evening and weekend activities.
