This center in Wenatchee offers secure, 24-hour acute withdrawal management for people struggling with addiction to opioids, alcohol, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, and barbiturates. Using ASAM 3.7 level of care, the center provides medical detox with nursing care, physician oversight, and medication support. Clients can be admitted voluntarily or involuntarily, and most complete detox in 7 - 10 days. The center uses a medical approach to ease withdrawal symptoms and promote physical stability. Clients receive care from licensed nurses, an addiction doctor, and a psychiatric provider. Therapy includes individual and group sessions, mental health and substance use counseling, medication management, and case support. Nutrition guidance from a dietician and discharge planning help clients prepare for their next step in recovery. Clients stay in a safe, structured setting with 24-hour supervision and access to over 100 staff across two sites. Services include court hearing facilitation, family visitation via Zoom, and transportation help. Bilingual and sign language services are also available.
