Acorn Counseling & Mediation delivers personalized solutions for children, adolescents and adults with mental health and substance use dependencies. Their outpatient services include counseling, therapy, anger management, marriage preparation and clinical supervision. Their licensed professional counselors specialize in treating individuals using evidence-based approach through trauma-based therapy, child and adolescent therapy, marriage and family therapy. Their marriage preparation program, an educational and psycho therapeutic process, discusses on longevity of marriage that is a fulfilling, intimate and close relationship that enriches the lives of both partners. Their certified facilitators provide a research based assessment tool that identifies a couple's strengths and areas of needed growth such as managing major life stressors and conflict resolution. Acorn offers DUI evaluations through assessments, collaborative interviews and objective tests to determine the risk of the extent of alcohol or other drugs (AOD).
