Access Foundation The Mission has a no-drugs policy. They ask residents who test positive to leave the house, but they hold their beds for 72 hours and readmit residents within the 72 hours who test negative for drugs. They allow smoking outside the house, but not inside the house.
Curfew on the first 30 days is 10 p.m. After the first 30 days, curfew is at midnight.
Monthly rent is $500, due on the first of the month. The security deposit is $300. Random drug tests and drug tests for suspected use are $5 per test. For late rent, Access Foundation charges $25 for rent paid between the 6th and the 15th and $50 for rent paid after the 15th. Access Foundation accepts Venmo and CashApp payments.
