Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

A center dedicated to serving adult men struggling with addiction, Better Life Recovery in Orange County, California, uses a 12-Step program to help their clients move forward to a healthier life. Most of their clients stay for 1 to 12 months, and they offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with Vivitrol, for example, a residential inpatient program, an outpatient program, and reintegration assistance. Better Life Recovery has split their ideal recovery process into 3 phases: Phase I is early recovery in inpatient care for 15 to 30 days, Phase II is partial hospitalization (PHP) or intensive outpatient (IOP) for 45 to 60 days, and Phase III is continuing outpatient care and beginning reintegration steps for up to 1 year. Their reintegration assistance focuses on bolstering the independence of their clients by providing legal and employment assistance and teaching them necessary life skills. Better Life Recovery’s rehabilitation center focuses on including tranquility in each part of their facility. They are ideally situated in what is widely known as a “national recovery destination” on the SoCal coast. They have spacious rooms and an outdoor pool shaded by palm trees. Some of the holistic activities they include are yoga, trips to a nearby gym, and swimming. Better Life Recovery is accredited by The Joint Commission and accepts many forms of private insurance.
